The Static Back Press

The Static Back Press is a great exercise for better posture. Try this exercise before your work out, after your work out, after a long day sitting down at the office or travel. It does not require special equipment or much space. Use a foam block, bench, sofa, side of the bed…any surface will do as long as your legs can be at the proper 90 degree angle. So, if the sofa is too low, add a pillow under your legs.
