Once the product has been received, you will receive a full refund for the product purchase price.
Training Aid Returns:
Training Aids such as the Alignment Cushion™ and Slant Board™ must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 888-570-3539 to obtain a Return Authorization and then ship product to address noted above.
The AlignMed Posture Shirt Policies:
All AlignMed products may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase. Return item(s) may not be washed and must be in good condition (determined by AlignMed). Return & exchange item(s) must be returned in original packaging and tags. Item(s) marked final sale and customized orders may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Please call Customer Service at 888-570-3539 to obtain a Return Authorization or to request a size exchange (size exchanges may result in additional shipping charges. We recommend using the sizing chart when selecting your Posture Shirt.)

Upon confirmation of receiving the returned merchandise, a refund for the purchase price will be provided to the Customer.
At AlignMed, we expect our products to be free of manufacturer defects. However, should you have a warranty issue, return the item to us for evaluation. We will repair it, if possible, or replace all valid warranty items within sixty (60) days of purchase. Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by the AlignMed Warranty. Returns & warranty excludes shipping costs.
The Posture System Shipping Policy:
The Posture System ships all products via USPS Priority Mail and/or FedEx Ground. Express Shipping can be requested for an additional fee. Orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days. If you do not receive your order within this time-frame please call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-570-3539 (8am – 5pm Pacific Time), or email us at ThePostureSystem@gmail.com.
Shipping fees are calculated at the time of purchase and is by weight.
Please note: On shipments to Canada, and other International destinations, customs clearance charges may apply and are collected from the carrier at time of delivery.
All International Orders will have a final shipping quote provided to the Customer prior to shipping. If approval for the shipping quote is not received within 10 days of notification, the order will be cancelled without penalty.
