The Slant Board
Simply standing on the Multi-Dimensional Slant Board for minutes a day, will automatically realign your feet, hips, and shoulders.
Although there are many multi-faceted ways to use the slant board, the most common exercise is to place it against the wall and stand on it, or as Roger says, “Don’t just do something – stand there!” Then, simply squeeze your glutes together holding for 1-2 seconds and releasing. Do the glute contractions constantly – not hard, but firmly.
It’s recommended that you stand on the board for 4-5 minutes – or even up to 10 minutes if you wish. When you come off The Slant Board, you’ll be amazed at “The Lift” (i.e, how your upper chest and shoulders will suddenly lift back and up into position).
This 4-position incline board is made of a strong composite plastic, tested to hold over 400 pounds. It adjusts to 4 levels and folds flat (3-inches) to store conveniently. Levels are 10, 15, 20 and 30 degrees.
