Because flexibility is probably THE most important aspect of achieving a fundamental golf swing, I’ve asked virtually thousands of students and clients “if they stretch?” And the surprising fact is that the majority of people answer “that they do!”. Yet, I’ve found that most people who stretch don’t get flexible – which leads me to believe that they’re doing something wrong (and in fact, they are). The truth is that most people DON’T BREATHE PROPERLY when they stretch (and in everyday life) and don’t achieve acceptable results.
In this segment of the Golf Fitness Academy, I have some fun with co-founders Dave Phillips and Dr. Greg Rose and give a short demonstration of how to BREATHE PROPERLY and achieve superb flexibility – which I also explain in detail in my DVD’s.
